AzteQ is an industrial 3D printer working in FDM technology with a working area of Ø 300 mm (X, Y) × 400 mm (Z) with a closed, actively heated chamber up to 80 ° C, ensuring the highest quality 3D printing.
The AzteQ Industrial printer allows you to print models from materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PC or PP, which can withstand high temperatures and are chemically and mechanically resistant.
TRILAB AzteQ 3D printer is equipped with interchangeable print heads, which makes it possible to choose the most appropriate configuration of the print head. E3D V6, Volcano or SuperVolcano hotends can be combined with specific types and sizes of nozzles. In addition, each printhead is equipped with an auto-calibrated strain gauge to ensure a truly perfect first layer. AzteQ was built as a high-volume 3D printer. The maximum print size for the AzteQ Industrial model is 30 cm in diameter and 40 cm in height.
All electronics and control systems are separate from the printing chamber and placed in a separate, actively cooled chamber. This prevents thermal stress on the electronics during long-term printing at high temperatures in the chamber. Flexible PrintPad allows you to easily remove the model after printing and is the first step in the automation of additive production. In addition, a wide range of PrintPad surface variants ensures optimal adhesion to the various types of materials used for 3D printing.
Thanks to the actively heated print chamber that can reach up to 80 ⁰C, you can safely print large models from high-tech materials such as ABS, ASA, nylon, polycarbonate or newly emerging durable materials.
AzteQ is designed as a high-volume delta 3D printer. The maximum print size for the AzteQ Industrial model is 30 cm in diameter and 40 cm in height.
Depending on the application, you can choose the most suitable magnetic head configuration. You can combine E3D V6, Volcano or SuperVolcano hotends with specific nozzle types and sizes. In addition, each printhead is equipped with an auto-calibrated strain gauge to ensure a truly perfect first layer.

The print head rests on extremely light and stiff carbon arms mounted on strong magnets. Together with the state-of-the-art THK linear guide, Delta kinematics ensures fast, precise and repeatable movements that result in perfect prints.
Flexible PrintPad allows you to easily remove the model after printing and is the first step in the automation of additive production. In addition, a wide range of PrintPad surface variants ensures optimal adhesion to the various types of materials used.
Multi-material printing is available as an option with the QuadPrint 3 Pro extension, which allows you to combine up to 8 colors or materials into a single 3D print.
The printer can be controlled by means of the DeltaControl wireless display located on the docking station, manually or with WebControl via a PC or Mac computer.
The AzteQ 3D printer, thanks to the lighting of the printing chamber, an integrated camera, enables remote control over the printer and trouble-free operation for many days.
AzteQ enables printing from all major FDM printing materials. It is designed for high-volume printing using mechanically resistant materials such as ABS, ASA, PA, PC etc. It can also handle simpler materials such as PLA, PETG and CPE.
